Role Summary
The Senior Strategic Account Manager will oversee and expand relationships with key enterprise clients, managing portfolios up to $10M ARR. Acting as a trusted advisor, this role ensures customer success, accelerates product adoption, and identifies significant upsell and growth opportunities aligned with clients’ strategic goals.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and expand strategic enterprise accounts emphasizing long-term partnerships and customer success.
- Develop and implement detailed account plans to meet revenue growth goals, including sizable upsells and expansions.
- Foster strong relationships with stakeholders, including senior executives (C-level).
- Understand client business challenges and proactively position DataVisor’s solutions to enhance value and ROI.
- Promote product adoption and satisfaction via regular engagements, business reviews, and strategic sessions.
- Identify and pursue upselling and cross-selling opportunities across different business units and applications.
- Collaborate with internal teams like Customer Success, Product, and Engineering to address customer requirements promptly.
- Provide precise revenue forecasts and growth projections for assigned accounts.
- Maintain up-to-date records in Salesforce.com.
- Lead contract negotiations and renewals for critical accounts.
Requirements
- Between 6 to 10 years in enterprise SaaS sales or account management, handling major strategic accounts.
- Proven success managing accounts up to $10M+ ARR, driving significant upsell revenue.
- Strong knowledge of Fraud/Regtech solutions and the financial services industry.
- Exceptional executive presence with the ability to engage C-level and VP-level leaders.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and relationship-building capabilities.
- Strategic acumen in developing and executing account growth plans focused on success.
- Experience in contract negotiation and renewal processes.
- Solid grasp of SaaS business models and key performance metrics.
- Ability to work collaboratively across various teams.
- Highly self-driven, results-focused, and well-suited to a fast-paced environment.
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience is mandatory.
Compensation and Benefits
The position offers a base salary ranging from $140,000 to $160,000 annually, with on-target earnings (including commissions) between $280,000 and $320,000. Benefits include health insurance, stock options, 401(k), and paid time off.
