About Gradiant
Gradiant is an innovative water company delivering proprietary, end-to-end solutions for advanced water and wastewater treatment. Serving critical global industries like semiconductors, pharmaceuticals, food & beverage, lithium and minerals, and renewable energy, the company focuses on reducing water usage, limiting wastewater discharge, reclaiming resources, and renewing wastewater into freshwater. Founded at MIT and headquartered in Boston, Gradiant employs over 1,400 people worldwide.
Role Overview
As a Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist, you will be instrumental in sourcing, attracting, and securing top talent within the water sector. While recruitment efforts are mostly US-centric, flexibility to support international regions is expected. You will join the TA Center of Excellence (COE), working closely with hiring managers and HR teams to align staffing strategies with organizational needs. The position is based in Houston, Boise, or Boston.
Key Responsibilities
- Use diverse channels such as job boards, social media, networking events, and industry contacts to find and attract strong candidates.
- Screen resumes, conduct initial interviews, and assess candidates for job fit and cultural alignment.
- Manage full recruitment life cycle including job postings, scheduling interviews, handling offers, and negotiating terms.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with hiring managers, department leads, and external partners to support hiring needs.
- Partner internally to create interview questions and assessment methods tailored to specific roles.
- Enhance employer branding through promotional activities like social media campaigns, career fairs, and conferences.
- Develop recruitment marketing materials that effectively communicate Gradiant's culture, values, and opportunities.
- Ensure an excellent candidate experience by maintaining clear communication, prompt feedback, and support.
- Gather feedback from candidates and hiring teams to refine recruitment processes continually.
- Use Applicant Tracking System (ATS) rigorously for managing requisitions and candidate tracking to ensure data integrity.
- Provide regular recruitment analytics reports and dashboards to leadership outlining outcomes and areas for improvement.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field; Master's degree preferred.
- Demonstrated experience as a Talent Acquisition Specialist or Recruiter, ideally within the water industry, engineering, or similar sectors.
- Thorough understanding of recruitment strategies, sourcing methods, and employment laws.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
- Ability to independently manage multiple priorities in a fast-moving environment.
- Proficient in HR Information Systems (HRIS) and Applicant Tracking Systems.
