Role Overview and Responsibilities

• Manage the entire recruitment lifecycle for hiring across India.
• Identify and attract candidates via platforms such as LinkedIn, job portals, and employee referrals.
• Evaluate candidate profiles, shortlist appropriate applicants, and organize interviews.
• Collaborate effectively with hiring managers to ensure timely recruitment closures.
• Develop and sustain a pool of qualified talent for ongoing and future hiring needs.
• Provide guidance and mentorship to junior recruitment team members.
• Maintain accurate recruitment documentation, including reports and candidate records.

Candidate Requirements

• Minimum 13 years of professional experience in recruitment focused on the Indian domestic market, preferably in IT or engineering domains.
• Proficient in sourcing candidates through multiple platforms including LinkedIn, Naukri, and Indeed.
• Strong communication skills and adeptness in stakeholder relationship management.
• Capable of working autonomously in a fast-moving and dynamic recruitment environment.

Additional Information

• Position based in Chennai with mandatory office attendance.
• Immediate joining preferred with the available joining date on 10 August 2026.
