Role Summary
The Regional Manager for Undergraduate Outreach is a full-time remote position dedicated to increasing awareness and student enrollment for Plaksha University’s undergraduate programs within specific regions. Responsibilities include formulating and executing outreach plans, cultivating partnerships with schools, counselors, and community groups, and organizing sessions like webinars and information events for potential students and their families. This individual will oversee prospective student leads across various channels, respond promptly to inquiries, and provide clear guidance throughout the admissions process. Collaboration with internal marketing teams is essential to develop outreach content, track data, and report outcomes to meet outreach objectives. The role requires upholding Plaksha University's ethos while collecting regional feedback to refine engagement strategies.
Key Qualifications and Skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills enabling engagement with diverse learners, families, school personnel, and counselors.
- Proven experience in outreach, admissions, recruitment, or education marketing in higher education or mission-driven environments.
- Capability to devise and implement regional outreach events such as webinars, workshops, and school visits with focus on deadlines and results.
- Proficient with digital tools and platforms for remote interaction, lead management, data monitoring, and reporting; experience with CRM or admissions software is advantageous.
- Strong self-management and organizational skills suited to remote working conditions and juggling multiple projects.
- Bachelor’s degree in education, communications, marketing, management, or a related discipline; higher qualifications or certifications in education or counseling are a plus.
- Interest in technology, interdisciplinary education, and commitment to preparing future-ready leaders; background in STEM or tech institutions is beneficial.
