Key Responsibilities

• Manage contractual agreements throughout pre- and post-contract stages, ensuring adherence to commercial guidelines and compliance with payment milestones, liquidated damages, bank guarantees, and insurance policies under managerial supervision.
• Verify accuracy of commercial figures and submissions related to warranty terms, risk provisions, preliminary site costs, labor expenses, bank guarantees, and insurance costs.
• Assist in assessing commercial risks in draft contracts and identify potential execution risks for mitigation.
• Administer contracts strictly following contractual obligations including tracking bonds, insurances, guarantees, billing triggers, payment milestones, contract notices, entitlement timelines, completion certificates, and close-out documentation.
• Support preparation and documentation of extensions of time (EOT), variations, and change claims with detailed quantification.
• Maintain organized contract repositories and ensure documentation is audit-ready.
• Coordinate resolution of billing disputes to prevent wrongful billing that may cause bad debts, invoice reversals, or contract asset issues.
• Maintain project forecast completion, sales orders, and billing plans within SAP aligned with contract schedules and payment terms.
• Facilitate the extension of client contract terms and conditions to key vendors and subcontractors.
• Ensure sales teams follow mandatory go/no-go sales approval processes and maintain offer release template logs for compliance.
• Support offer release template review and approval procedures.
• Create projects and sales orders in SAP based on approved costing and offer releases.
• Assist project managers with budget tracking, cost control, variance analysis, and trend register reviews to address issues proactively.
• Identify and escalate commercial and contractual risks early as per governance policies.
• Support the estimate-at-completion (EAC) review and approval process.

Qualifications & Experience

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, or a related technical discipline is preferred.
• Experienced in ERP systems, particularly SAP S/4HANA or similar platforms.
• Strong knowledge of contract management and contract administration practices.
• Familiarity with various project delivery frameworks including EPC, O&M, with added advantage for experience in BOT/DBOO models.
• Proven analytical, problem-solving, and negotiation skills.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement capabilities.
• 3 to 5 years of progressive experience in commercial and contract management within EPC, water, or infrastructure sectors.
• Relevant certifications or training in commercial or project management and contracts are advantageous.
