Role Overview
The Senior Talent Acquisition Partner is a key recruitment leader responsible for managing end-to-end hiring processes across Boulder Care. This role involves partnering closely with leadership teams to craft effective hiring strategies, strengthen recruitment procedures, and ensure timely, high-quality hiring decisions in a dynamic, fast-paced startup setting.
Primary focus areas include Corporate and General & Administrative (G&A) roles, with involvement in recruiting for Product and Software Engineering functions as part of broader responsibilities. Strong business insight, judgment, and the ability to build trusted partnerships are essential for success.

Key Responsibilities
- Manage full-cycle recruitment from defining job roles to candidate offer acceptance across assigned departments.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to develop tailored hiring strategies and interview processes aimed at identifying outstanding candidates.
- Create and maintain proactive talent pipelines aligned with present and future hiring needs.
- Drive hiring timelines, ensure stakeholder accountability, and facilitate clear and timely communication throughout the recruitment process.
- Handle multiple simultaneous recruitment projects while adapting to evolving business priorities.
- Advise business leaders strategically on hiring plans, market conditions, compensation, and risk mitigation measures.
- Design and implement improvements to recruitment operations, enhancing efficiency, interview quality, and data-driven decision-making.
- Analyze recruiting metrics and trends to inform strategies and anticipate hiring challenges.
- Provide candidates with a professional, transparent, and respectful experience that represents the company's mission and values.
Qualifications and Experience
- Minimum six years of progressive experience managing full-cycle recruiting, particularly supporting Corporate and G&A functions within Series B, Series C, or later stage high-growth startups.
- Extensive collaboration with executive and director-level leadership on workforce planning, talent acquisition strategies, and complex hiring decisions.
- Proficient in recruiting for Product and Software Engineering roles as part of broader business responsibilities.
- Expertise in candidate evaluation, market analysis, and strategic hiring advisories.
- Strong skills in sourcing passive talent and building preemptive pipelines across various functions.
- Advanced familiarity with applicant tracking systems including reporting and data integrity management.
- Effective negotiation and closing capabilities ensuring successful outcomes for both candidates and hiring managers.
- Excellent communication skills, capable of influencing stakeholders and managing sensitive conversations with confidence.
- Analytical and problem-solving abilities, utilizing recruiting data to guide strategy and operational decisions.
- Adaptability to thrive in an evolving, ambiguous startup environment with superior professional ethics and composure.
Preferred but Not Required
- Experience recruiting in digital health, telehealth, or healthcare technology sectors.
- Background in healthcare recruiting, including clinical roles.
- Knowledge of substance use disorder treatment environments.
- Advanced proficiency with Excel or Google Sheets for data analysis and dashboard/report creation in recruitment functions.
Work Environment and Location
This is a fully remote position; however, candidates must reside and work in one of the following US states: AZ, CA, CO, FL, GA, ID, IL, KY, MA, ME, MI, NC, NJ, NY, OH, OR, PA, SC, TN, TX, UT, WA, or WV. Employees also have optional access to the company's Portland, OR riverfront headquarters.
Work Hours
The position requires full-time commitment, typically 40 hours per week, Monday through Friday during standard business hours.
Compensation and Benefits
Annual base salary is in the range of $90,000 to $100,000, with exact offers based on market location, experience, skills, and qualifications. Additional compensation includes a comprehensive benefits package with medical, dental, vision, short-term disability, mental health services via insurance, paid time off including vacation and parental leave, paid holidays, 401(k) options, and remote work hardware support.
