Overview

General Motors is undergoing a pivotal transformation to shape the future of mobility, and our Talent Acquisition team plays a critical role in staffing the innovators behind this change. We are seeking a Senior Talent Acquisition Partner to lead our recruitment efforts across various business segments including Sales and Customer Care, while supporting other non-technical roles as required.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage end-to-end recruitment cycles for diverse roles, aligning hiring strategies tightly with organizational goals and workforce demands.
  • Establish and maintain robust collaborations with HR managers and senior business leaders to determine hiring priorities and enable effective strategic workforce planning.
  • Utilize market intelligence and talent analytics to shape recruitment approaches and assist in headcount forecasting.
  • Ensure an exceptional candidate experience through proactive communication and refined operational processes.
  • Participate in regular HR and business meetings to provide updates on staffing progress and share data-driven insights that facilitate alignment on talent acquisition initiatives.
  • Continuously reassess and optimize sourcing strategies, tools, and recruitment workflows for enhanced effectiveness.
  • Advise hiring managers on industry trends, candidate expectations, and onboarding best practices to foster successful team integrations.

Required Qualifications and Skills

  • At least five years of comprehensive full-cycle recruiting experience.
  • Demonstrated ability to partner effectively with senior and executive stakeholders within complex, matrixed organizational structures.
  • Proficient in leveraging data and analytics to craft compelling recruitment narratives and data-supported hiring strategies.
  • Experience with applicant tracking systems, preferably Workday, and sourcing platforms such as LinkedIn Recruiter, Entelo, or SeekOut.
  • Strong strategic thinking, executive presence, and influencing capabilities at all organizational levels.
  • Adaptable, curious, and solution-focused mindset, comfortable with ambiguity and change.
  • Resilience, resourcefulness, and a firm commitment to delivering results with integrity.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in a relevant discipline.
  • Previous experience recruiting for teams characterized by high growth or innovation.
  • A strong passion for fostering diverse, inclusive, and high-performing teams.

Compensation and Benefits

  • The expected salary range is between 105600 and 140700 USD annually, with actual compensation influenced by factors such as candidate location and job-related considerations.
  • Additional bonus opportunities are available, structured around company performance, job level, and individual results.

Additional Information

  • This role is remote; however, candidates living close to GM facilities may be required to attend onsite three times weekly, subject to manager discretion.
