Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate with business leaders to craft and implement talent strategies encompassing workforce planning, job structuring, and organizational change initiatives, establishing influence without formal authority.
- Lead efforts in organizational design aimed at boosting performance and enabling transformation.
- Identify talent strengths and performance gaps within teams to enhance employee experience aligned with company values and objectives.
- Promote leadership growth and enhance effectiveness of people leaders.
- Serve as a trusted consultant, assisting leaders in managing ambiguity, providing clarity and practical HR solutions.
- Offer guidance on complex employee relations, balancing sound judgment with business and legal risk considerations.
- Utilize data analytics and insight to guide strategic HR decisions and demonstrate human resources impact, employing advanced problem-solving methods.
- Act as a driver for change during organizational transformations, influencing without authority and supporting adoption of new approaches across functions.
- Advise on Total Rewards practices aligning with strategy, fairness, market trends, and ensuring consistent and compliant decisions protecting the company's reputation.
- Partner with Centers of Excellence to diagnose issues and co-develop tailored HR solutions that fit business needs.

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or equivalent professional experience; advanced degrees such as MBA or MA in HR are highly preferred.
- More than 10 years of progressive experience in HR with considerable exposure to strategic HR business partner roles in extensive, intricate organizations.
- Proven success in enterprise organizational design, leadership development, and managing global talent.
- Expert knowledge of HR technology platforms, including AI-powered HR tools.
- Outstanding communication skills with demonstrated ability to influence senior leadership effectively.
