About the role
This opportunity is with an international strategy advisory firm that supports investors and senior leadership teams in making commercial and investment decisions. A significant part of the work involves helping private equity clients assess business opportunities, along with strategy engagements that help companies move into their next stage of growth.
The team is described as collaborative, intellectually curious, and practical in its approach. The senior consultant will work directly with senior stakeholders from the beginning and will be expected to contribute strong analysis and strategic recommendations in a culture that values merit over hierarchy.
What you'll do
- Own analytical workstreams across strategy and commercial due diligence assignments.
- Coordinate small teams and make sure analysis is delivered to a high standard.
- Communicate findings and recommendations to senior decision-makers.
- Help prepare client pitches and support business development efforts.
- Contribute to internal priorities such as hiring, training, and knowledge-building initiatives.
Experience and skills needed
- At least 4 years of experience in strategy consulting, with strong exposure to commercial due diligence.
- Proven ability to lead small teams and deliver complex project work.
- Strong numerical analysis and commercial judgement.
- Confident communication skills for interaction with senior stakeholders.
- Excellent spoken and written English; knowledge of additional languages is a plus.
Compensation and benefits
The base salary for this position is $180,000 to $210,000, plus a performance-linked bonus.
