Business Analyst - Wealth & Asset Management

Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather and specify detailed requirements in wealth and asset management domains.
• Support all phases of platform and system implementations, including both third-party vendor solutions and proprietary builds.
• Analyze current versus target states to identify gaps and potential enhancements.
• Convert business needs into clear functional specifications for technology teams.
• Lead workshops, stakeholder interviews, and validation sessions to refine requirements.
• Work closely with delivery teams throughout the project lifecycle, including user acceptance testing, data migration, and go-live support.
• Ensure alignment of technological solutions with the business objectives across complex programs.

Required Qualifications and Experience

• Demonstrable experience as a Business Analyst within wealth and asset management.
• Proven success in delivering platform or system implementation projects, such as portfolio management systems, order management systems, and IBOR/ABOR platforms.
• Expertise with platforms like Aladdin and Charles River.
• In-depth knowledge of investment management procedures, including trade lifecycle, portfolio management, client reporting, and onboarding.
• Strong competency in requirements gathering, process mapping, and stakeholder engagement.
• Experience working in Agile, Scrum, or hybrid delivery frameworks.
• Excellent communication skills to liaise effectively with both business and technical teams.
