Access SA Company is a prestigious luxury concierge service provider based in Saudi Arabia, specializing in the travel sector. They are currently looking for a remotely based Accountant with solid expertise managing financial operations specific to travel and tourism within Saudi Arabia.

Job Responsibilities

• Handle daily accounting operations effectively.
• Generate monthly financial statements and management reports.
• Perform reconciliations of bank accounts, supplier accounts, and customer accounts with precision.
• Track cash flow including receivables and payables to maintain liquidity.
• Manage invoice processing and handle all related financial transactions.
• Ensure all accounting practices comply with Saudi standards and ZATCA regulations.
• Liaise and coordinate with external auditing firms and advisers.

Candidate Requirements

• Possess a Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance.
• At least three years of professional experience working in a travel agency or travel company within Saudi Arabia, which is mandatory.
• Deep familiarity with Saudi accounting laws and regulatory frameworks.
• Proficient with accounting software and advanced Microsoft Excel skills.
• Strong organizational and communication capabilities.
• Fluency in both Arabic and English languages.
• Must be capable of managing workload remotely and independently.
• Legal eligibility to work in Saudi Arabia is compulsory; sponsorship transfer may be considered for suitable candidates.

تعلن شركة أكسس، المتخصصة في السفر الفاخر، عن رغبتها في تعيين محاسب عن بُعد لديه خبرة في شركات السفر والسياحة بالمملكة. يجب أن يكون لدى المتقدم خبرة عملية في إدارة العمليات المالية، إعداد التقارير، متابعة الموردين والالتزام بالأنظمة الخاصة بالمملكة، وذلك مع القدرة على العمل عن بُعد والتواصل الجيد.

• إدارة العمليات المحاسبية اليومية.
• إعداد التقارير والقوائم المالية الشهرية.
• مطابقة الحسابات البنكية وحسابات العملاء والموردين.
• متابعة المدفوعات والمقبوضات والتدفق النقدي.
• إصدار الفواتير ومتابعة الذمم المدينة والدائنة.
• الالتزام بمتطلبات هيئة الزكاة والضريبة والجمارك (ZATCA).
• التنسيق مع مراجع الحسابات الخارجي.

• بكالوريوس في المحاسبة أو المالية.
• خبرة لا تقل عن 3 سنوات في شركات السفر داخل السعودية (شرط أساسي).
• معرفة جيدة بالأنظمة المحاسبية السعودية.
• إجادة برامج المحاسبة وMicrosoft Excel.
• إجادة اللغتين العربية والإنجليزية.
• القدرة على العمل عن بعد وإدارة المهام بنجاح.
• شرط قانوني للعمل في السعودية، والنقل الخدمة للمرشح المناسب ممكن.
