Senior Services Account Executive

Key Responsibilities

• Build and nurture strong relationships with senior leaders in designated accounts.
• Serve as the primary liaison for customers to expand SAP Services engagement.
• Drive long-term growth and success of customer and partner connections.
• Identify and qualify business opportunities by thoroughly understanding customer challenges.
• Create and implement effective Services account plans addressing client priorities and pain points.
• Achieve sales targets for services within assigned accounts.
• Manage opportunities, proposals, and contracts following governance and control processes.
• Lead virtual account teams by coordinating resources for winning sales and successful delivery.
• Collaborate across SAP's ecosystem to enhance customer and partner relationships.
• Utilize value-based and solution selling strategies to influence customer decisions.

Qualifications and Experience

• More than 5 years of proven experience in quota-carrying sales roles within the enterprise software and services sector.
• Track record of managing accounts, driving opportunities, and closing deals successfully.
• Deep understanding of enterprise software projects and full lifecycle management of applications.
• Experience engaging with large multinational clients across various regions.
• A bachelor's or master's degree is required.
• Fluency in Business English and the local language; additional languages provide an advantage.
