About the Role
Join Google's Large Customer Sales (LCS) team in Dublin, acting as a strategic partner to leading global brands and agencies. This role focuses on delivering cutting-edge advertising solutions across Google's product suite including Search, YouTube, Measurement, and more, enabling significant business impact and promoting growth in the AI-driven advertising landscape.
Key Responsibilities
- Drive substantial customer growth by expanding engagement scope grounded in delivering real customer value.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to reclaim market share from digital competitors.
- Support clients in reaching their business objectives through Google advertising channels by managing strategic planning, campaign execution, media planning, and resolving challenges.
- Maintain close relationships with customers and agencies to deepen engagement, foster account growth, and optimize advertising outcomes using expert product knowledge.
- Educate and update clients on Google’s product offerings and strategies spanning Search, Display, YouTube, and Apps.
Qualifications and Skills
- Possession of a bachelor's degree or an equivalent combination of practical experience.
- At least two years of experience in sales or media agency roles.
- Fluent in English and German to effectively manage client relationships in the designated region.
- Preferred experience includes marketing knowledge across online and offline channels, skilled sales techniques such as effective inquiry, narrative construction, and objection management.
- Familiarity with selling or working on Google's advertising products like Performance campaigns (Search, AI Max, PMax), Branding campaigns (YouTube, DemandGen), and Privacy and Measurement solutions.
Compensation and Benefits
Compensation varies based on skills, experience, and education. The salary range for this position in Ireland is €76,000 to €78,000 annually, with a 35% target bonus, equity options, and other benefits.
