The role offers the chance to work on large-scale, high-impact campaigns for some of Australia’s most reputable brands, while collaborating with a global network of SEO specialists.

Key Responsibilities

  • Perform detailed technical audits and identify opportunities related to site structure, crawlability, indexation, and page speed.
  • Collaborate with developers and other stakeholders to roll out technical recommendations and website enhancements.
  • Manage and improve on-page and off-page SEO activities to increase rankings, traffic, and conversions.
  • Create solid tracking, reporting, and attribution systems to evaluate performance and guide strategic decisions.
  • Work through large data sets to identify trends, insights, and opportunities for ongoing optimization.
  • Coach and support junior colleagues while helping maintain a strong culture of learning and high standards.
  • Keep up with search algorithm changes, industry developments, and emerging technologies.

What We’re Looking For

  • At least 5 years of SEO experience, with deep exposure to technical SEO.
  • Background in handling complex SEO campaigns and producing measurable outcomes.
  • Strong knowledge of website architecture, Core Web Vitals, crawl budgets, and indexation.
  • Practical experience with Google Search Console, GA4, Screaming Frog, Ahrefs, SEMrush, or similar platforms.
  • Working knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript, or the ability to collaborate effectively with development teams.
  • Strong analytical ability and the skill to turn data into practical action.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder-management capabilities.
  • A proactive, solution-oriented mindset with strong attention to detail.

Benefits

  • Hybrid work setup with a strong workplace culture.
  • Competitive compensation package plus performance-based incentives.
  • Friday lunch provided, along with access to a stocked beer and wine fridge.
  • Access to social events including a mid-year awards celebration, company birthday event in May, and a large end-of-year Christmas party.
  • Paid birthday leave.
  • Opportunity to join a global, fast-growing team working on industry-leading campaigns.
