Overview

We are hiring a resourceful, digitally fluent Marketing Executive to join an internal marketing team in Singapore. This position is designed for someone who naturally thinks in content, is comfortable telling stories through video, and understands how creative execution can produce tangible commercial outcomes.

You will oversee content for the agency brand as well as the personal brand accounts managed by the team, with a strong focus on video and social media. If you spend time studying why certain videos travel widely, like testing new editing approaches, and care deeply about hooks, pacing, and audience retention, this role could be a strong fit.

Content Strategy and Social Media

  • Oversee and expand the agency’s social channels and personal brand accounts across Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, and LinkedIn.
  • Create monthly content plans that reflect campaign objectives, brand tone, and audience data.
  • Measure how content performs and turn those insights into practical improvements for future posts.
  • Keep up with platform shifts, algorithm updates, and new content styles so the channels remain competitive.

Video Production and Editing

  • Plan, film, edit, and deliver video assets for Instagram Reels, TikTok, YouTube Shorts, paid ads, and brand-led campaigns.
  • Build shot lists, visual directions, and storytelling ideas from briefs or from a blank page.
  • Manage the full production workflow, including filming, editing, colour grading, sound syncing, captioning, and final handover.
  • Capture agency events, client testimonials, behind-the-scenes footage, and advertising content.

Campaign and Creative Support

  • Work with marketing and creative colleagues to turn scripts, briefs, and campaign goals into strong visual content.
  • Assist in producing content for three personal brand accounts managed by the agency.
  • Contribute to paid social testing by producing multiple content versions for A/B performance review.
  • Bring forward fresh content ideas, creative angles, and format experiments proactively.

Broader Marketing Support

  • Assist with the planning and delivery of campaigns across email, organic social, and paid media.
  • Write supporting copy for social captions, newsletters, internal updates, and basic marketing materials.
  • Help organise agency events, webinars, and marketing activations, including logistics, promotional assets, and post-event summaries.
  • Create simple graphics in tools such as Canva or Adobe Express for social posts, banners, and presentation materials.
  • Support reporting by consolidating performance information from Meta Ads Manager, Google Analytics, and TikTok Insights into clear summaries.
  • Assist with influencer and partnership outreach by drafting briefs, coordinating deliverables, and monitoring campaign outcomes.
  • Handle other marketing tasks and cross-functional assignments as directed by the Marketing Manager or CSO.

Skills and Experience

  • Solid understanding of social media platforms, content strategy, and the factors that influence content performance.
  • Ability to write captions, scripts, and straightforward copy that complements visual content.
  • Comfort using scheduling and analytics platforms such as Buffer, Later, and Meta Business Suite.
  • Strong awareness of current trends, especially on TikTok.
  • Proven video shooting and editing ability, supported by a portfolio that may include personal, academic, or passion projects.
  • Proficiency with Adobe Premiere Pro, DaVinci Resolve, or CapCut.
  • Comfort operating DSLR, mirrorless, or similar camera equipment.
  • Practical knowledge of colour grading, audio syncing, and post-production workflows.
  • Willingness to learn AI-assisted creative tools such as Higgsfield, Google Veo/Omni, and related technologies.
