Senior Sales Partner (Switzerland)

About the role

Netflix is expanding its advertising-supported plan across additional markets, and this position will help shape the company’s sales approach for Switzerland while based in Germany. The role sits within a fast-changing growth area and focuses on building commercial momentum for Netflix Advertising.

As a Senior Sales Partner, you will lead the development and execution of the programmatic sales strategy for Switzerland. The position calls for close work with major agency holding groups, senior client leaders, and internal partners to grow business, strengthen relationships, and meet revenue goals.

You will use Netflix’s audience insights and premium content environment to support advertising growth, while partnering with measurement specialists to deliver effective solutions for client needs. The role also requires helping drive internal improvements that support long-term success.

Key responsibilities

• Shape and run strategic agency partnerships in order to hit revenue goals and raise client satisfaction across the Switzerland market.
• Develop strong, lasting relationships with major holding companies and their agencies to secure advertising partnerships and generate business growth.
• Create sales plans for the assigned account portfolio and build durable connections with senior client stakeholders.
• Work with cross-functional partners to deliver programmatic always-on advertising campaigns successfully.
• Apply Netflix’s audience understanding and premium content offering to increase revenue.
• Track market movements and competitor actions to spot new opportunities and areas for innovation.

What we're looking for

• 10+ years of experience in advertising or media, including sales, with a strong record of driving revenue growth, ideally in Switzerland.
• Business-level fluency in German and English.
• Hands-on experience in digital advertising sales, especially programmatic and PMP-led sales.
• Deep familiarity with media agencies and holding companies, plus an established senior-level network.
• Entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to identify opportunities independently, launch initiatives, and own outcomes.
• Strong understanding of marketing and communications objectives.
• Ability to move comfortably between high-level strategy and day-to-day execution.
• Strong analytical judgment and creative problem-solving skills.
• Excellent presentation and communication skills.
• Proven ability to collaborate effectively across functions.
• Comfort with ambiguity, uncertainty, and building in a new business environment.
• People-management experience is preferred, though not required.
• Interest in entertainment and Netflix’s product is an advantage.
