Key responsibilities

  • Develop and manage a personal portfolio of clients and candidates
  • Work closely with hiring managers to design effective talent solutions
  • Identify, evaluate, and present high-quality candidates within your specialism
  • Apply market insight to advise clients and guide hiring decisions
  • Help strengthen team culture and support overall business results

What we're looking for

  • At least 3 years of experience in 360 recruitment or solution-led B2B sales is preferred
  • A strong commercial mindset and a focus on results
  • A consultative style with the ability to build trusted relationships
  • Resilience, curiosity, and a willingness to keep learning
  • A collaborative approach, plus energy and integrity in day-to-day work
