About the Role and Organization
The Recruitment team at Kiwibank is central to the People division, dedicated to attracting and hiring the talent that makes Kiwibank one of New Zealand's top employers. This position will focus on supporting the Digital & Technology sector, utilizing modern technologies to further the bank's strategic digital development initiatives.
Based in Auckland with lifestyle-flexible working options, this role offers opportunities for career growth through secondments, challenging projects, and advanced learning programs.
Key Responsibilities
- Strategically attract and secure specialist talent to support Kiwibank's core technology frameworks and transformation projects.
- Collaborate closely with Digital & Technology leadership to promote internal mobility and foster a diverse, equitable, and inclusive hiring process at every recruitment stage.
- Leverage AI technologies and data-driven recruitment tools to enhance the hiring experience, aligning with the bank's goal to be the preferred employer in New Zealand.
Candidate Profile and Requirements
- Substantial experience in recruiting for digital and technology roles, preferably within transformation contexts.
- Demonstrated ability to source and build talent pipelines for specialized skills across contemporary technology stacks.
- Experience in internal recruitment, notably supporting executive and senior leadership in talent acquisition and decision-making.
- Proven track record in advocating for internal mobility and implementing inclusive, evidence-based hiring practices.
- Proficiency in using AI, recruitment management systems, and data analytics tools to drive recruitment excellence.
- Strong skills in managing stakeholder relationships and influencing talent-related decisions among technology leaders.
- Experience leading recruitment projects and initiating continuous improvements from conception through execution.
