Role Overview

The Head of People & Culture will spearhead RobCo’s human resources strategy, building and managing a high-impact People function to support rapid business growth. Reporting to the executive team, this role focuses on scaling hiring, designing performance management systems, enhancing leadership quality, and driving organizational culture aligned with company values.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the end-to-end people strategy, from vision setting to flawless execution.
• Establish and develop a scalable People department that grows with the company.
• Accelerate recruitment efforts across engineering, go-to-market, and operations with an emphasis on speed and quality.
• Create and implement performance management frameworks fostering accountability and results.
• Raise standards for leadership development and people management throughout the organization.
• Act as a strategic advisor to executive leadership on organizational design, succession planning, and leadership growth.
• Design competitive compensation, equity, and employee benefits programs that scale effectively.
• Embed and operationalize company culture and values to support execution excellence.
• Manage change initiatives as RobCo expands geographically and operationally.
• Utilize data-driven KPIs to monitor organizational health and direct strategic decisions.
• Champion the use of AI technologies to streamline and scale People operations effectively.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated leadership experience as VP or Head of People within fast-growing, venture-backed companies.
• Proven success scaling teams through rapid growth stages such as Series B to D funding rounds.
• Strong builder mindset with a track record of creating systems and processes from the ground up.
• Excellent business acumen paired with executive presence and a data-focused approach.
• High expectations for performance, talent acquisition, and leadership standards.
• Capability to work both strategically and hands-on.
• Persistent curiosity about technological innovation and a passion for advancing People & Culture practices.
