The ideal background includes more than 10 years of project delivery in financial services, experience running large and complex programmes, and a strong understanding of regulated banking environments. Practical knowledge of ITIL-based service management, DevOps-oriented delivery approaches, and cloud infrastructure such as AWS or Azure is essential.
