Role Overview

The Quality team enhances content effectiveness across MrBeast's channels by collaborating with creative, production, analytics, and leadership groups to improve metrics like views, thumbnails, retention, engagement, and revenue. This Project Manager will provide structure and rigorous execution for the Quality team's projects, maintaining alignment, timely delivery, and stakeholder engagement from initiation through completion.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead simultaneous Quality projects managing planning, execution, and delivery phases.
• Create and sustain detailed project plans, schedules, milestones, and accountability frameworks.
• Collaborate with the Head of Virality and team leads to prioritize tasks and allocate resources efficiently.
• Coordinate cross-departmental initiatives involving Creative, Production, Corporate, Analytics, and other teams.
• Monitor project status, identify risks early, and proactively resolve issues.
• Implement communication routines, status reports, and consistent stakeholder updates.
• Maintain organizational tools including workback schedules and comprehensive documentation.
• Adapt project plans in response to evolving business priorities and requirements.
• Facilitate meetings to secure stakeholder alignment and clarify responsibility for action items.
• Support efforts aimed at enhancing content metrics throughout MrBeast channels.
• Drive special projects, pilot tests, and strategic initiatives within the Quality division.
• Participate on-set when necessary to assist execution and multi-team coordination.

Candidate Profile

• Proven track record managing multiple complex projects from start to finish.
• Excellent organizational, communication, and stakeholder management capabilities.
• Ability to thrive in fast-paced environments with shifting priorities and tight deadlines.
• Skilled in fostering relationships and networking across diverse teams.
• Experience in building scalable operating processes and accountability systems.
• Strong problem-solving skills to identify risks and maintain project momentum.
• Comfortable working with creative and business units alike.
• Willingness to be onsite at Greenville, NC and engage with production teams directly.
• Open to occasional travel for production, meetings, and project activities.
• Background in media, entertainment, digital content, or creator economy preferred but not required.
