Job description
About the Company
Beast Industries is a diversified media and entertainment business created by Jimmy Donaldson, known worldwide as MrBeast. The company has grown well beyond its YouTube roots and now works across digital media, philanthropy, consumer products, and new business ventures. Its purpose is to entertain, inspire, and generate meaningful social impact through bold, creative work.
The organization values innovation, originality, and philanthropy, and it focuses on building experiences and initiatives that can reach large audiences while leaving a lasting positive legacy.
Role Summary
This position is meant for someone who can take broad creative ideas and turn them into organized, scalable programs that can be executed across the business. The Director of Creative Development will work closely with the Head of Development to shape new programs, partnerships, and narrative-driven platforms from the earliest concept stage through development.
The job sits at the intersection of creative thinking, strategic planning, and operational follow-through. Rather than focusing on individual campaigns, the role is about creating the structure, direction, and alignment that enable several teams to deliver effectively.
What the Role Covers
You will be responsible for developing and organizing creative initiatives across brand, content, partnerships, product, and marketing. That includes defining how ideas evolve, bringing stakeholders together, and moving projects from early thinking into a state where they are ready for execution.
The position calls for both strong creative judgment and an operational mindset. It involves working in a fast-moving environment where ideas change quickly and need clarity, structure, and momentum to become reality.
Key Responsibilities
- Convert broad concepts into structured initiatives, program ideas, and partnership opportunities.
- Create development frameworks, concept materials, and roadmaps for moving ideas forward.
- Present initiatives in a clear, compelling way to support internal alignment and decisions.
- Work with cross-functional teams to collect input and shape unified programs.
- Bring brand, content, product, partnerships, and marketing stakeholders into alignment.
- Map out the path from early idea to execution-ready plan.
- Identify the internal and external collaborators needed to realize each initiative.
- Keep multiple projects progressing with limited supervision.
- Help incubate new brand platforms, partnerships, and content concepts.
- Turn early-stage ideas into repeatable and scalable creative systems.
Candidate Profile
The ideal candidate has 8–12+ years of experience in creative development, brand innovation, strategic partnerships, or a closely related area. They should have a track record of organizing creative work that spans multiple teams and functions.
Strong candidates will be comfortable transforming vague ideas into practical frameworks and action plans. They should be effective collaborators across creative, product, and business teams, and be able to thrive in situations where direction is still evolving.
Strategic thinking and storytelling ability are essential for this role.
Benefits and Perks
- Competitive compensation package.
- Medical coverage through Blue Cross Blue Shield, plus dental, vision, and company-paid life insurance.
- Employer contributions toward Health Savings Accounts.
- 401(k) plan with Safe Harbor matching from the company.
- Flexible vacation policy and paid company holidays.
- Company-issued technology package.
- Relocation support, including travel and company-provided housing for the first 90 days where applicable.
