The position supports the Senior Manager - Brand, Partnerships & Acquisition in expanding top-of-funnel awareness, improving consideration, and clearly communicating the 'why nib' proposition across every channel to aid both acquisition and retention.
This role is also responsible for planning and delivering sponsorship, activation, and SEO work that improves brand reach and attracts quality traffic. A major part of the role is turning brand strategy into practical, consistent execution across campaigns, distribution channels, marketing activity, and consumer-facing touchpoints.
By working closely with internal teams such as marketing, product, and partnerships, as well as outside stakeholders, the specialist ensures brand and sponsorship initiatives stay aligned with business goals, generate strong return on investment, and contribute to stronger brand equity.

- Plan and execute sponsorship strategy, activations, and SEO initiatives.
- Improve visibility of the brand and drive high-quality traffic.
- Translate strategy into clear, consistent marketing execution.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams and external partners to deliver aligned outcomes.
- Ensure brand and sponsorship activity creates measurable commercial value.
Candidate profile
The ideal candidate has worked in a regulated environment, preferably financial services, and understands the need for compliant, precise communication. You should be confident managing stakeholders and building collaborative relationships across marketing, product, sales, and external partners.
You will also bring a strong understanding of customer behaviour and market trends, using these insights to shape brand and sponsorship decisions that resonate with target audiences. Experience in brand campaigns, sponsorships, partnerships, or activations is important, along with a solid grasp of brand strategy, positioning, and value proposition development.
Additional qualifications
- A tertiary qualification in Marketing or Business is required.
- Experience working with media, PR, and creative agencies is preferred.
- Experience measuring the impact of marketing campaigns is preferred.
