Role Overview
We are hiring an External Marketing Strategy Manager to design and deliver high-impact marketing efforts that happen beyond owned channels. This role brings together strategy, creativity, and execution to turn ambitious concepts into real campaigns through partnerships, collaborations, and culturally resonant moments.
You will own long-range campaign strategy as well as the systems and workflows that help the team move quickly on large-scale collaborations. The right person knows how to present a brand in a way that feels natural to creators, platforms, and audiences rather than traditional advertising.
Key Responsibilities
This role focuses on building standout external marketing initiatives, managing cross-functional execution, and creating repeatable partnership systems that can scale.
Campaign Strategy and Execution
- Design and deliver long-term external marketing campaigns aimed at driving huge reach, strong engagement, and cultural relevance.
- Spot opportunities for viral moments, creator-led collaborations, and unconventional ways to distribute content.
- Move beyond isolated activations by creating campaign systems that can be repeated and scaled.
Creative and Operational Leadership
- Own both the concept and the execution by working with creative, production, legal, and partnerships teams to bring campaigns to life.
- Convert big ideas into practical plans with clear timelines, ownership, and deliverables.
- Handle several fast-moving workstreams at once while keeping quality and pace intact.
Brand Expression
- Adapt the MrBeast brand for external settings such as collaborations, stunts, product moments, and live experiences.
- Make sure every activation feels big, authentic, and worth sharing.
- Push for ideas that people would organically talk about and share even without incentives.
Partnership Systems
- Create and improve workflows for brand and creator partnerships from outreach through execution and post-campaign review.
- Build repeatable processes that let the team scale partnerships without slowing execution.
- Work with partners to develop ideas that feel native, exciting, and beneficial for everyone involved.
