Role Overview
We are seeking a proactive and results-oriented IT Project Manager responsible for leading comprehensive technology projects and ensuring their successful execution across various business divisions. The candidate will have proven experience in overseeing software development, infrastructure, ERP, and digital transformation projects, along with strong stakeholder engagement and excellent bilingual communication skills in Arabic and English.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee the entire lifecycle of IT projects, beginning from initiation through planning, execution, monitoring, and conclusion.
- Create detailed project plans encompassing schedules, budgets, resource distribution, and delivery timelines.
- Collaborate closely with business stakeholders, technical teams, suppliers, and external partners to align project goals.
- Collect and analyze business requirements to translate them into clear, actionable project deliverables.
- Regularly track project status, including risks, issues, dependencies, and develop mitigation strategies accordingly.
- Monitor progression of milestones, key performance indicators, budgets, and adherence to project governance standards.
- Lead project meetings, compile status documentation, and report updates to senior leadership.
- Maintain comprehensive project documentation such as Project Charters, Requirement Documents, Change Requests, Risk Registers, and Closure Reports.
- Manage User Acceptance Testing (UAT) processes and support deployment into production environments.
- Handle changes in project scope through established formal change control procedures.
- Champion a culture of collaboration, continuous improvement, and high-quality delivery.
Required Qualifications and Skills
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a closely related discipline.
- Between 4 to 5 years of hands-on experience managing IT-oriented projects.
- Demonstrated expertise in managing software development initiatives, infrastructure projects, ERP implementation, and digital transformation efforts.
- Practical knowledge of project management methodologies including Agile, Scrum, Waterfall, and hybrid models.
- Familiarity with Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) and ITIL frameworks with experience in change management.
- Proficient user of project management software such as Microsoft Project, Jira, Azure DevOps, Trello, or comparable tools.
- Strong communication capabilities in both Arabic and English, with excellent stakeholder management skills.
- Experience managing risks, issues, vendor relationships, and third-party collaborations.
- Leadership qualities and effective problem-solving skills with an ability to juggle multiple projects in demanding environments.

- PMP (Project Management Professional)
- PRINCE2
- Scrum Master or other Agile-related certifications
