About the Role
This leadership position at Google centers on guiding product marketing efforts for Google's inbound acquisitions in the Asia-Pacific (APAC) market, particularly for Google Ads programs. The role involves crafting and executing comprehensive marketing strategies from start to finish, encompassing positioning, naming, and competitive analysis for consumer and business products. You will lead cross-functional collaboration across sales, corporate communications, legal, product development, and engineering teams to connect Google's technology with users effectively.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and lead the audience strategy and messaging for inbound acquisition channels targeting Small and Medium Businesses (SMBs) throughout APAC, customizing global messaging and Go-to-Market strategies.
- Coordinate cross-channel acquisition journeys to deliver hyper-personalized marketing experiences across traditional and innovative pathways.
- Formulate and execute creative strategy, media buying, and production for paid media campaigns across the Google Ads funnel in APAC countries.
- Drive business and acquisition growth by managing and optimizing inbound marketing campaigns focused on achieving Lifetime Value (LTV) objectives.
- Innovate by building and testing a pipeline of paid media initiatives, agentic strategies, and creative executions to maximize business impact.
Qualifications and Experience
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
- A minimum of 9 years of marketing expertise spanning one or more disciplines such as growth, product marketing, brand marketing, or social marketing.
- At least 2 years of experience leading teams or managing people.
- Preferred skills include proficiency in performance data analysis, customer segmentation across multiple markets, and development of marketing plans based on insight-driven decisions.
- Experience managing multi-market End-to-End campaigns and media budgets at regional or global levels.
- Strong campaign development acumen, audience management skills, program oversight capabilities, and a meticulous attention to detail.
