Role Overview

We are seeking a Senior Product Manager to join our Product Team and lead the strategic development and delivery of our Demand services within Cint’s Exchange. This position is EU/UK based, requires collaboration with US teams during CET hours, and offers remote work or office attachment options.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and champion a long-term product vision for your segment of the Exchange, making strategic investments with significant future impacts.
• Effectively communicate the rationale behind your product strategy, simplifying complex customer and technical challenges to align senior leadership and the wider company.
• Perform detailed opportunity analyses grounded in data and customer insights to validate assumptions and prioritize product initiatives; produce clear product requirements; and collaborate with R&D leadership to manage technical trade-offs.
• Foster strong, trustworthy partnerships with stakeholders across R&D, Data Science, Commercial, Operations, Legal, and Marketing to ensure cohesive alignment and successful product launches.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated success in launching, managing, and scaling complex products, platforms, or services from inception to market or advancing existing products to new growth phases.
• Strong customer focus with expertise in translating customer challenges in ResTech and data into structured, data-supported product requirements.
• Hands-on experience managing the entire lifecycle of API and UI-based products, with proven ability to deliver high-quality user experiences; familiarity with large language models (LLMs) and modern coding technologies is a plus.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication abilities, with skill in storytelling and managing complex stakeholder communications including senior executives.
• Self-driven and capable of thriving independently within a remote-first working environment.
