Role Overview

Candidate Profile

• 3 to 5 years of product management experience, ideally in startups or rapidly growing tech firms.
• Proven history of successfully shipping products and steering cross-functional execution.
• Excellent organizational skills with the ability to juggle multiple priorities.
• Highly motivated, proactive, and focused on execution.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management capabilities.
• Analytical mindset with strong problem-solving skills.
• Experience working closely with software engineers and technical teams.
• Fluent English required; proficiency in German is an advantage.
• Technical background (engineering, computer science, data, or technical product roles) is a plus.
• Experience in AI, healthcare, digital health, or SaaS sectors is beneficial.
• Located in Berlin or willing to relocate.
