Overview

As a Junior AI Go-to-Market (GTM) Engineer at mama health, your core responsibility is to develop and maintain internal AI-driven tools that empower the sales department. Your goal is to streamline, automate, and innovate the operational processes of our commercial team through effective technology.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and enhance our commercial technology stack, including platforms like HubSpot, Lemlist, and other GTM applications, to ensure optimal utilization and continuous enhancement.
• Create AI-integrated internal tools aimed at minimizing manual tasks to significantly boost sales team productivity.
• Design and implement streamlined internal applications, with an ambition to eventually supplant traditional CRM systems with custom-built, AI-powered options.
• Collaborate closely with the commercial team to identify issues, collect feedback, and quickly transform concepts into practical AI solutions.
• Promote and increase the adoption of your solutions through training sessions, iterative feedback, and ongoing refinements.
