About the company
mama health’s purpose is to create a large healthcare data platform that helps patients find answers and enables healthcare organizations to understand where improvements are needed. The company has built two products: a patient app that supports people with chronic conditions in finding answers to everyday questions using advanced multi-agent systems and proprietary data, and a patient journey analytics platform that shows real-time patient needs, blockers, and opportunities to improve care.
Work culture and values
The company describes itself as entrepreneurial, results-oriented, and inclusive. It looks for people who bring drive, creativity, and initiative rather than expecting rigid instructions. Performance is measured against clear objectives, and the team is international with a mix of medical, technical, and business backgrounds across more than five nationalities.
Work environment and additional benefits
The team works hard and also makes time for fun. Most colleagues are based in Berlin, and remote team members travel there regularly. Additional support can include educational courses, gym memberships, mentoring, frequent team events, and an annual company workation where the full team spends a week together collaborating and bonding.
