Responsibilities
- Manage the entire recruitment lifecycle within a specialist software engineering niche, including business development and candidate placement.
- Acquire new clients and nurture long-term, profitable commercial relationships.
- Build specialized knowledge of rapidly expanding technology markets.
- Deliver excellent recruitment results for both clients and candidates.
- Operate independently while collaborating productively within a high-performance team.
- Grow a profitable client desk with mentorship from experienced recruitment leaders.
Requirements
- Demonstrated success in full-cycle (360) recruitment, with a proven history of winning new business.
- Track record of billing in excess of $300,000 annually; high performers are especially encouraged to apply.
- Experience placing software engineers or technical professionals in startup, scale-up, SaaS, AI, infrastructure, or venture-backed organizations.
- Ability to work effectively in a hybrid, autonomous environment with strong self-motivation and maturity.
- A collaborative approach and ambition for ongoing career growth.
- Cybersecurity recruitment experience is advantageous but not mandatory.
