Key Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end recruiting across multiple open roles concurrently, from job advertising through offer acceptance.
- Proactively source top talent leveraging LinkedIn, Upwork, OnlineJobs.ph, and role-specific platforms.
- Create compelling job listings that attract exceptional candidates while deterring unsuitable applicants.
- Conduct first-round candidate screenings and oversee communications, then coordinate finalist interviews with hiring teams.
- Develop and maintain a talent pipeline to ensure hiring readiness at all times.
- Streamline recruitment processes to minimize time-to-hire across departments.
- Enhance onboarding procedures to ensure rapid acclimatization and productivity of new hires.
- Establish and monitor KPIs for all roles to maintain clear performance measurement.
- Conduct quarterly performance appraisals and anticipate potential personnel challenges.
- Design a competitive compensation framework aligned with market benchmarks to support scaling.
- Manage contracts and payment processes for international contractors globally.
- Oversee offboarding, facilitating smooth transitions with knowledge transfer and exit interviews.
- Identify and mitigate employee retention risks by creating engaging touchpoints and strengthening employer branding.
- Collaborate with leadership on proactive workforce planning for upcoming hiring needs.
- Integrate AI solutions to accelerate candidate sourcing, screening, outreach, and automate routine HR tasks.
Required Qualifications
- Demonstrated HR leadership experience within a fast-scaling DTC e-commerce environment, understanding its rapid pace.
- Proven ability to manage full recruitment cycles simultaneously across creative, marketing, and operations functions.
- Track record of designing and implementing new hiring SOPs and improving flawed processes.
- Exceptional organizational skills managing 5-10 vacancies concurrently without oversight.
- Skilled in candidate evaluation for both cultural fit and competencies during initial interviews.
- Highly autonomous, self-driven approach to workload and deliverables.
- Excellent written communication skills for job posts, SOPs, and stakeholder interactions.
Preferred Skills
- Experience recruiting and onboarding international contractors, particularly from the Philippines, Latin America, and Eastern Europe.
- Familiarity with ATS software ranging from Manatal and Breezy HR to enterprise platforms like Greenhouse or Lever.
- Background in founder-led companies emphasizing intensity and autonomy.
- Expertise in performance management, KPI development, and employee evaluation processes.
- Mandatory daily use of AI tools embedded into recruitment and HR workflows.
