About the Role
This position is for a Senior Performance Marketing Specialist who will be responsible for accelerating digital growth through strategy-led, data-backed marketing initiatives. The role focuses on improving acquisition, retention, and overall marketing efficiency so that campaigns deliver measurable business and revenue impact. You will work with teams across the business to make sure marketing activity supports wider commercial goals.

Responsibilities
- Create and roll out performance marketing plans that support business priorities.
- Design, launch, and continuously improve paid campaigns across several digital platforms.
- Strengthen the customer path from first touchpoint through conversion and repeat engagement.
- Review campaign results and audience behavior to uncover opportunities for growth.
- Oversee advertising budgets while improving return on ad spend.
- Track and enhance key metrics such as CPA, conversion rate, ROAS, and customer lifetime value.
- Set up and maintain reliable tracking through Google Analytics 4 and Google Tag Manager.
- Run campaigns on Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, and other relevant ad platforms.
- Work alongside content and creative teams so campaign execution matches performance goals.
- Prepare recurring performance updates and share practical recommendations with stakeholders.
- Keep current with new trends, platform changes, and established best practices in digital marketing.
Requirements
- A bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a similar discipline.
- At least 4 to 6 years of experience in performance marketing or growth marketing.
- Proven background handling paid media campaigns across multiple digital channels.
- Previous experience in the Food & Beverage industry is required.
- Strong evidence of contributing to measurable business and revenue growth.
- Practical experience with Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, Google Analytics 4, and Google Tag Manager.
- Excellent analytical, reporting, and troubleshooting abilities.
- Capability to juggle several campaigns and priorities in a busy, fast-moving setting.
- Preferred background includes work across both B2C and B2B models.
- Exposure to high-growth, multi-brand, or multi-business environments is an advantage.
- Knowledge of attribution methods and marketing automation tools is preferred.
- Experience with reporting tools like Looker Studio or Power BI is a plus.
