About the Role
We are seeking a Social Media & Content Coordinator to help the marketing function plan, create, organize, and share engaging content across digital channels. This opportunity suits a creative, detail-oriented professional who enjoys shaping brand stories, interacting with online communities, and delivering content initiatives that support campaigns and grow brand visibility.
This role is available only to Saudi nationals.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan, manage, and publish content across multiple social media platforms.
- Build and update the social media content calendar so it stays aligned with marketing activities and business goals.
- Work closely with designers and other marketing partners to produce compelling visual and written assets.
- Create persuasive captions, social media copy, and other digital content that matches the brand tone.
- Keep an eye on audience interaction and reply to comments and messages promptly and professionally.
- Assist marketing campaigns by delivering timely, relevant, and creative content.
- Measure content results, review engagement data, and suggest ways to improve performance.
- Stay current on social media trends, platform changes, and new content formats.
- Maintain consistent brand messaging across all digital and social platforms.
Qualifications
- A bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, Media, or a similar discipline is required.
- At least 1–2 years of experience in social media management or content creation is needed.
- Strong writing, communication, and storytelling abilities are essential.
- Practical experience handling business social media accounts is expected.
- A solid understanding of major social platforms, content planning, and digital marketing best practices is important.
- Excellent organizational skills and the ability to juggle several priorities in a busy environment are required.
- The ability to collaborate effectively with designers, marketers, and cross-functional teams is necessary.
Preferred Qualifications
- Prior experience in the Food & Beverage (F&B) sector is an advantage.
- Experience with social media scheduling and management tools is preferred.
- Familiarity with Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, or similar design software is beneficial.
- Ability to review social media performance and engagement metrics is desirable.
- Basic knowledge of paid social advertising and digital marketing is a plus.
