Job description
Role Overview
We are seeking a creative and analytics-minded social media professional to strengthen and grow the online presence of several business lines.
Key Responsibilities
The role involves planning content, producing brand assets, handling community interactions, supporting lead generation, and reviewing campaign performance.
Content Planning
- Create and maintain monthly content plans for multiple brands and business categories.
Content Development
- Produce attractive visual creatives using Canva or Adobe tools and draft persuasive copy for LinkedIn, Instagram, and Facebook.
- Experience with YouTube content and reel creation will be an added advantage.
Community Engagement
- Track social media activity, reply to queries, and encourage stronger audience participation.
Lead Generation
- Use social media tactics to improve B2C inquiries and increase brand visibility.
Performance Tracking
- Measure key metrics, analyze results, and refine content to improve reach and engagement.
Requirements
- Prior experience managing professional social media accounts is required.
- Good grasp of LinkedIn-based B2C promotion and Instagram-friendly visual branding is important.
- Ability to simplify technical ideas into engaging visual and written content is necessary.
- Being located near Karve Road or Erandwane is considered a plus.
