Join the Attraction, Influence, and Marketing (AIM) team at Amazon, where we are transforming the process of attracting and hiring top talent on a large scale. We are looking for a skilled Performance Marketing Specialist to support and manage paid marketing campaigns across the EMEA region. This role involves hands-on media buying, cross-channel campaign management, multi-channel planning, and providing detailed performance reporting within the Performance Marketing team.
Responsibilities
- Manage daily campaign operations within the Performance Marketing team, contributing to the expansion of its scope across EMEA.
- Implement and oversee campaigns across diverse platforms including social media, DSPs, and job boards, ensuring they meet timelines and performance objectives.
- Maintain and coordinate vendor partnerships to align on deliverables, schedules, and quality requirements.
- Generate weekly performance analytics and conduct in-depth analyses to derive meaningful insights for campaign optimization.
- Innovate by developing and training AI tools to automate routine tasks and enhance team efficiency.
- Help build and document scalable marketing processes promoting continuous improvement and better decision-making.
A Typical Day
Your day begins with reviewing performance metrics from programmatic, paid social, and search campaigns to recommend adjustments in bids, budgets, and targeting to maximize qualified applicants. Collaborate cross-functionally to design and deploy comprehensive media strategies, perform A/B testing, and convert real-time data into strategic recommendations. You will manage full lifecycle campaigns, from planning and creative asset deployment to performance reporting, ensuring all efforts deliver measurable returns aligned with recruiting goals.

The Workforce Staffing (WFS) team is responsible for hiring thousands annually. AIM is a vibrant marketing group focused on drawing and engaging talent for Amazon’s various divisions. The Performance Marketing segment emphasizes data-driven strategies and authentic messaging to attract candidates effectively, constantly seeking scalable and innovative solutions.
Qualifications
- Minimum two years of professional marketing experience beyond internships.
- Proficiency in data tools such as Excel or Tableau, including advanced data manipulation and analysis features.
Preferred Skills
- Experience with content management systems like Wordpress, Drupal, or Joomla.
- Proven ability to design and implement integrated campaigns targeting brand or business challenges.
Compensation and Benefits
The annual base salary range for this position in Seattle, WA, is $80,200 to $105,700 USD. Compensation includes sign-on bonuses and restricted stock units (RSUs).
