About the Role
Become a vital member of our Human Capital team as a Talent Management & Organizational Development Specialist. In this role, you will enhance organizational efficiency and back business expansion by participating in organizational design, job architecture, learning initiatives, talent supervision, and organizational transformation efforts. Your contributions will be key to establishing scalable HR practices throughout the company. This opportunity is exclusively available to Saudi nationals.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan and implement organizational structures that align with strategic business objectives.
- Create and maintain comprehensive job frameworks, including job categories, career levels, and grading systems.
- Develop clear job descriptions to ensure role clarity across the organization.
- Design and promote programs for learning, leadership development, and competency building.
- Assist in performance management processes, talent evaluations, and succession planning.
- Identify employee training requirements and assess the effectiveness of learning programs.
- Facilitate organizational change initiatives and effectively engage key stakeholders.
- Generate HR metrics, reports, and dashboards to aid managerial decisions.
- Develop standardized HR frameworks, templates, and scalable processes for people management.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Organizational Psychology, or a related discipline.
- 2 to 4 years of professional experience in Talent Management, Organizational Development, or Human Capital roles.
- Proven background in organizational design, job architecture, or workforce planning.
- Experience supporting performance management and programs for talent development.
- Background working in evolving or transforming organizations is beneficial.
- Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving capabilities.
- Excellent communication skills coupled with effective stakeholder management.
- Capability to translate business requirements into actionable HR solutions.
- Detail-oriented approach combined with a strategic outlook.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience crafting job families, grading mechanisms, and organizational frameworks.
- Expertise in designing learning, leadership, and competency development initiatives.
- Familiarity with succession planning, career growth, and talent management methodologies.
- Competence with HR analytics, reporting tools, and dashboard creation.
- Professional certification in HR such as CIPD, SHRM, PHR or equivalent is advantageous.
