About the Role
This position is for a Senior Manager/Manager in Digital Health Transformation, responsible for steering initiatives that enhance the digital patient experience. The role combines operational oversight, service quality improvement, and partnership across teams to support the hospital’s vision of becoming a leading phygital hospital.
Responsibilities
- Handle day-to-day operations, project execution, and allocation of resources while ensuring adherence to internal policies, regulatory obligations, and quality benchmarks.
- Track and interpret performance indicators, encourage uptake of digital services, and oversee budgets to support long-term financial viability.
- Plan manpower needs, manage staff appraisals, coordinate training, and strengthen employee engagement.
- Work closely with stakeholders to support safe and high-quality patient care, respond quickly to feedback and complaints, and uphold strong service standards and patient satisfaction.
- Share strategic updates, build collaboration across teams, and promote process enhancement and innovation through technology adoption.
- Support meetings and committees by providing secretariat assistance, and take on additional initiatives as required.
Requirements
- A bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution, along with 5 to 6 years of relevant work experience, ideally in healthcare, including 2 to 3 years in a supervisory or leadership position.
- Demonstrated success in managing clinical operations, guiding teams, and improving operational results and service quality.
- Well-developed leadership, stakeholder engagement, and communication abilities.
- Self-driven and able to work independently, prioritise effectively, perform under pressure, and adjust to demanding situations.
- Comfort with keeping up to date on new technologies and industry trends.

This role includes operational administration, performance management, manpower planning, stakeholder coordination, and secretariat support as part of broader transformation efforts.
