Overview

This role plays a vital part in advancing Worldly's mission as a public benefit corporation, enabling sustainable business transformations through reliable ESG data and insights.

Key Responsibilities

• Steer the formulation and execution of financial strategies aimed at enhancing company growth and increasing stakeholder value.
• Establish and nurture a high-performing culture rooted in analytical rigor and continuous process enhancements.
• Manage investor communications and oversee organizational key performance indicator tracking.
• Facilitate comprehensive business planning, financial forecasting, and modeling to aid strategic leadership decisions.
• Lead development of business case analyses to guide product development, pricing strategies, operational enhancements, and acquisition plans.

Ideal Candidate Profile

• Possesses 5 to 10 years of progressive experience in finance roles, preferably in scaling growth companies.
• Demonstrates strong expertise in US GAAP accounting principles.
• Excels in interpreting complex financial data into actionable insights for leaders and relevant stakeholders.
• Experience with SaaS, technology, or B2B business models is advantageous.

Preferred Qualifications

• Holds or is pursuing a CFA designation.
• Background includes tenure at top consulting firms (such as McKinsey, Bain, BCG), or associate roles in investment banking, private equity, or venture capital.
• Comfortable working within diverse, distributed, remote-first teams.
