Role Summary

The Online Finance Business Partner will serve as a strategic financial advisor within the Digital business unit, influencing commercial choices through insightful financial analysis. This dynamic position involves collaboration across Online and Games teams to transform complex data into informed recommendations that enhance profitability, performance, and strategic growth.

Key Responsibilities

• Work closely with Digital business leaders to supply financial insights that facilitate well-informed commercial decisions.
• Analyze the Online business’s financial performance, identifying main factors affecting revenue, margin, and profit.
• Contribute to budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning activities aligning goals with business strategies.
• Assess investment proposals, commercial opportunities, and business cases to promote sustainable expansion.
• Detect financial trends, manage risks, and highlight opportunities, converting these into actionable strategies for enhanced financial results.
• Develop and present engaging performance reports that empower stakeholders to make confident decisions.
• Collaborate with FP&A and broader Finance teams to maintain coherence across financial planning and reporting.
• Drive continual improvements in financial reporting, analytic approaches, and business partnering efficiency.

Candidate Profile and Qualifications

• A Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business Administration, or related fields.
• Minimum of three years’ experience in commercial finance, FP&A, business partnering, or related roles, with some exposure to the iGaming sector preferred.
• Proven ability in business partnering, including supporting performance management, budgeting, forecasting, and investment decisions.
• Experience managing and influencing diverse stakeholders across functions and organizational tiers.
• Strong commercial insight linking financial results with business outcomes.
• Excellent financial analytical and modeling capabilities, adept at converting data into practical recommendations.
• Effective communicator capable of delivering complex financial information clearly to senior leadership.
• Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
• Fluency in spoken and written English.
