HEINEKEN is looking for a Senior Manager - Production to oversee production planning and packaging operations at its facility in the Greater Lucknow Area. The role focuses on meeting market demand, improving line performance, maintaining quality and safety standards, and supporting plant upgrades and process improvements.

Core responsibilities

• Build production plans and schedules that align with market demand.
• Partner with the commercial team to ensure raw materials are available on time and inventory levels remain optimal.
• Improve line productivity while cutting downtime through effective preventive maintenance systems and root cause analysis.
• Make sure preventive maintenance for bottling equipment is carried out as scheduled.
• Track packaging waste and drive reduction initiatives.
• Maintain packaging quality through stage-by-stage monitoring of key quality checks.
• Ensure all health and safety standards are consistently followed across the plant.
• Keep the production area clean and maintain strong hygiene practices.
• Prepare estimates for plant modernization, capacity upgrades, and production process improvements, and support execution of new packaging projects.
• Provide hands-on training and guidance to team members and subordinates.
