It involves understanding business challenges, applying practical best practices, and keeping up with industry developments that may affect the work.
Key Responsibilities
- Act as the primary link between SEI and Intelerad, helping align people strategy, operating models, and organizational priorities across both sides.
- Work closely with HR leaders, business leaders, and an outside change management partner to coordinate and drive adoption of people initiatives.
- Build a deep working knowledge of Intelerad’s HR processes, systems, talent environment, and organizational structure to support continuity and informed decisions.
- Help deliver integration priorities such as org design, talent movement, workforce planning, and employee engagement efforts.
- Support leaders by turning enterprise people strategy into practical actions for the software organization.
- Bring together cross-functional work across HR, Product, Engineering, and leadership teams to maintain alignment in people programs.
- Contribute to leadership effectiveness through planning discussions, facilitation, and creation of manager-ready tools and guidance.
- Use data and people metrics such as retention, engagement, and mobility to spot risks, guide decisions, and suggest actions.
- Make sure people initiatives remain aligned with HR policy, employment practices, and relevant regulatory requirements.
- Preserve continuity by documenting processes, retaining institutional knowledge, and supporting durable operating practices.
Required Experience and Qualifications
- At least 5 years of experience in program management, change management, HR, organizational development, or a related area.
- A bachelor’s degree plus 9 years of relevant experience, or a high school diploma/GED plus 13 years of relevant experience.
- Proven success working in complex matrixed organizations and supporting initiatives that span multiple groups.
- Experience collaborating with senior leaders and handling organizational dynamics with judgment and discretion.
- Working knowledge of organizational design, workforce planning, talent strategy, and employee engagement practices.

- Experience using structured change management approaches such as Prosci/ADKAR, Kotter, or similar frameworks.

- High learning agility and curiosity, with the ability to quickly understand new organizations, systems, and talent landscapes.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving capability, with the ability to convert insights into practical recommendations.
- Clear communication skills and the ability to adapt messaging for different audiences, including senior leadership.
- Ability to work discreetly in sensitive or changing organizational situations.
