Role overview
This position centers on delivering and organizing training for GE HealthCare products, with a strong focus on hospital-based education and remote delivery through digital channels. The specialist is responsible for supporting the Molecular Imaging installed base and helping customers use the equipment effectively and safely.

Key responsibilities
- Provide on-site clinical application training for users of the assigned modality.
- Coordinate installations and initial clinical application support together with sales, service, and the Clinical Education Manager.
- Deliver high-quality customer training to support safe, effective use of GE equipment and to improve image quality and productivity.
- Maintain strong after-sales relationships and build durable customer partnerships while spotting opportunities to address customer needs quickly.
- Present GE differentiators in line with customer clinical needs, competition, and the value and benefits they are looking for.
- Develop and strengthen a network of key opinion leaders across the assigned territory.
- Support trade shows, workshops, demo sites, and customer visits.
- Assist in rolling out digital tools and contribute to the shift toward digital clinical education.
- Record training sessions, site visits, and customer interactions according to local procedures.
- Conduct customer presentations during classroom education days and user events.
Required profile
- Background in radiography or biomedical engineering, along with substantial experience in Molecular Imaging, especially Nuclear Medicine and PET.
- Strong interpersonal abilities, including teamwork and clear communication.
- Self-driven mindset with the initiative to identify improvement opportunities and act on them.
- Team-focused approach with a strong commitment to customer satisfaction.
- Adaptability and willingness to work effectively in changing environments.
- Readiness to travel frequently and spend about 70% to 80% of working time at customer sites on an annual average.
- Fluency in spoken and written English.
Preferred qualifications
- Postgraduate qualification in Nuclear Medicine.
- Prior experience working with GE products.
- Experience delivering training in Molecular Imaging.
- Exposure to other modalities such as CT or X-ray is considered an added advantage.
