Role Overview
The People Change Coordinator role presents an exciting opportunity to advance your project management career within a fast-evolving People Experience team. You will support the execution of projects enhancing workplace operations, particularly focusing on HR technology and digital transformation initiatives. Collaborating with experienced project managers and business stakeholders, you will help keep various projects progressing smoothly from planning to completion, ensuring objectives are met on time and within budget.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in project coordination and planning to ensure timely achievement of milestones across People projects.
- Maintain comprehensive project documentation, including master plans and action logs, identifying and escalating risks or obstacles as needed.
- Manage concurrent projects and workstreams, adapting swiftly to shifting business demands while upholding strong organizational standards.
- Monitor project progress, budget adherence, and key performance indicators, preparing clear updates and contributing to post-project evaluations.
- Develop collaborative relationships across HR, Technology, Communications, and Learning & Development teams to create engaging presentations, reports, and meeting materials.
- Continuously seek methods to improve work processes and optimize the use of technology and AI within the People function.
Required Qualifications and Experience
- Experience in project coordination, business support, HR, technology, or related environments.
- A strong motivation to build a long-term career in project management.
- Exceptional organizational abilities with a track record of managing several priorities and meeting deadlines.
- Comfortable working with data, spreadsheets, and digital tools, combined with a keen interest in digital transformation and AI.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the confidence to engage proactively across multiple teams.
- A detail-focused, self-motivated approach with a continuous improvement mindset.
- Beneficial to have exposure to HR/payroll systems, project management software (e.g., Monday.com, Asana, Jira), or knowledge of project methodologies like Agile, Scrum, and PRINCE2.
