Job description

About the role

The Senior Growth Marketing Manager will own REE Medical’s demand generation engine and be accountable for the daily lead volume that supports business growth. This position focuses on the performance marketing side of the function, including paid media, SEO, influencer programs, conversion rate optimization, lead nurturing and lifecycle automation in HubSpot, and the cost-per-consultation metrics that show marketing’s impact on growth.

You will be responsible for HubSpot strategy and the platform roadmap, building lead-nurture journeys that move prospects from first contact to consultation and conversion, managing outside agency partners across paid, SEO, and influencer channels, working closely with Sales on funnel performance, and driving the conversion rate recovery workstream that is a major priority in the 2026 plan.

The ideal candidate is a hands-on builder with a strong data mindset: someone who has managed demand-generation pipelines, worked deeply with marketing automation, held agencies to performance standards, and can operate effectively in a regulated environment where accuracy, ethics, and discipline matter as much as creativity.

Key responsibilities

  • Work with REE Medical’s external agency to improve demand generation campaigns through strong briefing, weekly performance reviews, testing, and ongoing optimization focused on lead volume, lead quality, cost per consultation, and conversion results.
  • Own the daily, weekly, and monthly targets for lead volume, lead quality, conversion rates, and cost-per-consultation performance that define marketing ROI.
  • Lead the conversion rate recovery initiative, including diagnosis, corrective action, and continuous improvement across the marketing-to-sales funnel.
  • Oversee paid media agency execution across Google, Meta, YouTube, and other emerging channels, including budgets, audience targeting, creative testing, channel mix, and regular performance reviews.
  • Manage SEO strategy and roadmap, including content direction, keyword priorities, closing competitive keyword gaps, and improving readiness for AI search across current and emerging generative engines.
  • Coordinate with internal web resources to strengthen backend SEO and AI search foundations.
  • Oversee influencer marketing performance, including partner selection, creative guidance, measurement, and deliverable management.
  • Own landing page direction, conversion rate optimization, lifecycle email programs, and funnel experimentation across paid and organic traffic.
  • Run and expand the customer referral program, including strategy, Referral Rock administration, incentive design, HubSpot and payment-system integrations, and continuous improvements in participation and conversion.
  • Own HubSpot strategy end to end, including customer journeys, platform architecture, lead scoring, MQL/SQL definitions, lead routing, attribution setup, campaign structure, and system integrations.
  • Partner with the Marketing Analyst on channel analysis, experiment planning, and funnel health diagnostics.
  • Prepare and deliver weekly and monthly performance reports for the CMO and support board-level marketing updates.
  • Contribute to annual planning, budget allocation, and the multi-year growth marketing roadmap while staying aware of market shifts and competitor activity that affect demand and channel performance.
  • Set the tone for rigorous, ethical, and data-led marketing practices and mentor team members as the organization scales.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Economics, or a related discipline; comparable professional experience may also be accepted.
  • At least 7 years of experience in growth marketing, performance marketing, or demand generation, with direct control over paid media budgets and lead-generation pipelines.
  • Strong history of managing external agencies across paid media, SEO, or influencer marketing and ensuring they deliver against performance goals.
  • Hands-on HubSpot experience, including Marketing Hub planning, workflow design, lead scoring, attribution, campaign management, and integrations with related systems.
  • Proven ability to build lead-nurturing programs from the ground up across the full customer journey, from early education through post-consultation engagement, with measurable gains in conversion, pipeline speed, and retention.
  • Operator mindset with both strategic thinking and the willingness to execute directly; must be self-directed, highly accountable, and proactive in identifying and resolving issues.
  • Strong analytical capability with practical experience in GA4, Google Tag Manager, and BI tools such as Looker or Power BI.
  • Experience with conversion rate optimization, A/B testing, landing page strategy, and funnel analytics.
  • Advanced Excel skills and the ability to build persuasive, data-backed business cases.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to present performance insights and recommendations to senior leaders.
  • Experience in regulated, compliance-heavy, or healthcare-adjacent industries such as financial services, legal services, telehealth, behavioral health, or veteran-serving organizations is strongly preferred.
  • Understanding of and empathy for the veteran community is a plus, and veteran or military-affiliated candidates are especially encouraged to apply.

Benefits and compensation

The estimated salary range for this position is $125,000 to $155,000 per year, depending on experience.

  • Medical, dental, and vision coverage, plus company-sponsored life insurance.
  • Retirement savings plan with company matching.
  • Paid vacation, sick leave, and holidays.
  • Ongoing training and development, with room to grow within the company.
  • Flexible work scheduling and a remote-first setup, supported by annual company-wide conferences.
  • Employee assistance program for personal and family support.
  • Employee discounts through Insperity, recognition programs, social events, and activities.
  • Travel up to twice a year for the annual company conference and IT team onsite, with possible additional leadership meetings.
