Role Overview
We seek a proactive and commercially focused Senior Manager or Director for Revenue Marketing & Growth who can convert marketing efforts into a robust pipeline generator. This position will oversee the full spectrum of revenue marketing strategies including demand generation, account-based marketing (ABM), Microsoft ecosystem collaborations, executive thought leadership, campaign analytics, and marketing operations. The successful candidate will work closely with internal executives and teams, as well as external Microsoft alliance stakeholders, to execute comprehensive marketing initiatives that build qualified pipelines, enhance strategic partnerships, and establish OZ as a leading AI-first Microsoft consulting partner. Key metrics for success include marketing-sourced pipeline, revenue influenced by marketing, ABM effectiveness, executive involvement, and alignment with Microsoft-related growth goals.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and execute integrated marketing campaigns targeting Data & AI, Azure, Microsoft Fabric, Copilot, Intelligent Automation, Enterprise Integration, and Application Innovation services.
- Manage the entire campaign process from identifying ideal customer profiles and crafting messaging to execution, optimization, tracking, and reporting.
- Collaborate with Sales and Practice Leaders to develop campaigns aimed at generating qualified meetings, sales-qualified leads, opportunities, and pipeline growth.
- Create scalable ABM strategies for strategic enterprise and mid-market accounts, focusing on executive messaging and engaging buying committees with measurable account penetration and pipeline growth.
- Lead Microsoft-aligned initiatives including workshops, webinars, co-marketing campaigns, executive roundtables, and partner-led efforts, while supporting Microsoft co-sell activities.
- Convert client success and technical expertise into various thought leadership content such as case studies, blogs, webinars, videos, podcasts, and executive-focused social media content.
- Leverage AI tools like Copilot, CRM automation platforms (HubSpot, Dynamics), analytics, and dashboards to enhance marketing operations, improve CRM data integrity, attribution, and reporting efficiency.
- Guide and nurture the global marketing team fostering innovation, accountability, collaboration, and ongoing development.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related discipline.
- Between 5 and 10 years of progressive marketing experience in B2B technology environments.
- Background working within Microsoft Partner ecosystems, Cloud, Data & AI, SaaS companies, or professional services organizations.
- Demonstrated success in building demand generation, ABM, partner marketing, and revenue marketing programs.
- Solid knowledge of consultative B2B sales processes, CRM systems, and marketing automation tools.
- Excellent communication, storytelling, analytical, and leadership capabilities with the ability to translate complex technologies into compelling buyer-centric messages.
- Preferred experience includes Microsoft partner co-sell and field marketing, familiarity with Azure, Microsoft Fabric, Copilot, Power Platform, Databricks, AI, cloud consulting, and tools such as LinkedIn Sales Navigator, ZoomInfo, Power BI, HubSpot, Dynamics, SEMrush, or Google Analytics.
- Demonstrated capability to lead dispersed teams and cultivate executive thought leadership.
