Responsibilities
Transportation and Storage
- Liaise with factory and sales teams to confirm goods are ready for dispatch.
- Work with carriers and freight forwarders to arrange shipments and issue transport instructions.
- Prepare clearance, freight forwarding, transport, and bill of lading documentation.
- Coordinate product receipts and shipments to and from the warehouse with strong focus on accuracy, speed, and time management.
- Organize freight deliveries and arrange local and international pickups.
- Resolve shipment flow problems, delivery delays, and quality issues such as damage or poor packing.
- Manage the storage and movement of materials while ensuring customer orders flow on time.
Supply Chain Management
- Source competitive freight rates across air, road, and sea transport.
- Track market logistics pricing and support spend reduction through supplier negotiation on cost and service agreements.
- Obtain quotations for import and export activity.
- Negotiate with approved suppliers on pricing, product specifications, warranties, delivery terms, and payment terms, and support resolution of invoice discrepancies.

Regulatory and Compliance
- Follow shipping, receiving, and regulatory compliance procedures.
