Overview
The Department of Families, Fairness & Housing of Victoria is seeking to fill three Senior Investigator positions to support its obligations under the Reportable Conduct Scheme. Reporting directly to the Manager of Reportable Conduct, these roles entail conducting and overseeing investigations related to reportable conduct, offering expert advice, and assisting policy development to enhance the department's compliance and workflow efficiency.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan, lead, and manage investigations under the Reportable Conduct Scheme, ensuring thorough documentation, evidence collection, and adherence to relevant policies and integrity legislation.
- Deliver advice and information sensitively and professionally, both verbally and in writing, utilizing extensive expertise and risk evaluation within the field.
- Provide support to colleagues in their investigative tasks and contribute to the development of relevant policies and procedures.
Additional Information
