Additionally, the coordinator may conduct staff misconduct and Reportable Conduct investigations and provide guidance to the department's staff involved in Reportable Conduct cases linked to kinship carers.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver prompt, precise advice and information with a high degree of sensitivity, both orally and in writing, backed by profound expertise and thorough risk assessment.
- Prepare necessary documentation, lead investigative interviews, collect evidence, compose reports, and draft integrity guidance aligned with policy requirements.
- Engage with senior stakeholders and colleagues to foster collaboration and effectively resolve integrity concerns and investigations, promoting a culture of continuous service enhancement.
- Identify and communicate high-risk issues or systemic improvements arising from complaints, disclosures, and investigative processes.
