Job Overview
We are seeking a Senior Human Resources Specialist to oversee the entire employee lifecycle from onboarding to offboarding, ensuring smooth HR processes aligned with market standards and compliance requirements. The role involves managing employment records, coordinating payroll with external vendors, administering employee benefits, and driving engagement initiatives across multiple APAC offices including Singapore, Australia, Vietnam, and Japan.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the full spectrum of employee lifecycle events, including onboarding, ongoing record maintenance, and offboarding operations.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date employment files across various systems and platforms.
- Coordinate with outsourced payroll providers to administer monthly payroll accurately.
- Oversee benefits administration, providing guidance and assistance to employees on available programs.
- Conceptualize and execute internal employee engagement activities to foster a positive workplace culture.
- Administer office management duties and coordinate related activities across APAC regional locations.
- Identify opportunities for process enhancements to align with best practices and compliance; collaborate on solution implementation with management.
- Generate and deliver HR-related reports as requested by business leaders.
- Carry out additional projects and assignments as delegated by line management or functional heads.
Qualifications and Skills
- Bachelor's degree with a minimum of three years of experience in a relevant human resources role.
- Experience within the e-commerce or technology sectors is advantageous.
- Exceptional attention to detail and meticulous work approach.
- Positive attitude coupled with eagerness to learn and grow professionally.
- Capability to work collaboratively within a team environment as well as independently.
